A few links and inspiration

Another great blog,  Little Birdie Secrets, has a great tip for recycling crayons! Its a great way to get your kids to use all their stubby crayons that normally get thrown away! And I think they would make great crayons for the car or restaurant bag.

And now,  how to make slipcovers from the nester, another great blog I read regularly.  These instructions are great, and I plan to use this method to cover a chair-and-a-half and ottoman I am plannig to put in the breakfast nook. 

I love the little ruffle at the bottom! So sweet!
